• Delete your account in-app: Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will initiate permanent deletion of your data within 30 days.
• Submit a deletion request by email: Send a request to info@newtonmetrics.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

We will verify your identity before processing any deletion request. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., cloud infrastructure, analytics), subject to strict confidentiality agreements. All third-party providers are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with this policy and applicable Canadian law.
